Starting OMAD – Day 1

One meal a day. This seemed to be diffcult for me. But I have some experience with this. So, after seeing now both sides I decide to start OMAD again to integrate this in my life. Not as a diet or temporarily thing – as a lifestyle. I will update frequently: more in the beginning and over time when recognizing subtle changes.
